Yes. Not my personal experience, but someone I trust. It makes me wonder if that was just a fluke or some misunderstanding due to language barrier - or it happens to others. I’ve wondered what can I do about it, and now I’ve found you. Maybe you can consider researching it.
If it was another voter, the poll workers should be enforcing rules around electioneering and coercion.
