Your survey seems to expect that respondents will be election administrators. Since you're sending this out to a general audience, you may want to consider revising your survey to have more inclusive or explanatory language.

Also, the question about number of languages was interesting: my county prints ballots in several languages, but any given ballot will only have up to two languages on it. Anyway, it's cool you're gathering this info!
