Observation: I'm discovering that the piece of voter information that seems to be the most difficult to find on official state and local web pages is the hours when the polls are open. Other info, esp. ID and registration, usually easy to find. UX another issue...

General rule for Florida: on Election Day proper, polls are open from 7am til 7 pm. Early Voting hours vary by county/location.

Turns out if you Google "Florida election day poll hours," the state website is the top hit, and it does in fact give the info. (they may want to add "local time," to signal the time zone problem, but that's minor.)
