Observation: I'm discovering that the piece of voter information that seems to be the most difficult to find on official state and local web pages is the hours when the polls are open. Other info, esp. ID and registration, usually easy to find. UX another issue...
We looked at all the state websites leading up to the 2018 midterm. -hard to tell which site is for voters! -many seem not to know what voters have questions about -most assume that you know the details are on your local site (but aren’t connected)

General rule for Florida: on Election Day proper, polls are open from 7am til 7 pm. Early Voting hours vary by county/location.
