I’m going to ask a really dumb question: about how many voters are in the Chico area? It’s a good sized college town and 5 voting centers seems like it might not be enough.

Ok...that’s roughly 10,000 voters per center. Of course, voters don’t usually vote in neatly organized groups, so some centers will have significantly more volume than others.
