Ok...that’s roughly 10,000 voters per center. Of course, voters don’t usually vote in neatly organized groups, so some centers will have significantly more volume than others.
Pretty sure that they are meeting the requirements of the Voters Choice Act at that ratio.

Exactly. Several CA counties have implemented VCA, and Butte should have the advantage of the lessons learned by those folks. There are a few good approaches that we’ve seen work.
