Why doesn’t anyone talk to people like me about things that could be done to better serve voters in polling places? The precinct captains are the ones who are on the front lines.

This is a rant I’ve had bottled up for a long time. Talk to poll workers. Stop treating us like we’re second class citizens. A lot of good ideas could be implemented to make voting a better experience, but because we don’t have a PhD nobody cares.

There are terrible pollworkers. I’ll agree to that. But most of us want more than anything to serve and protect our voters. They’re our friends, family, neighbors.
