My local school district is having a special election for ballot initiatives on taxes and bonds. They sent out mail-in ballots; awesome! But it wasn’t obvious to me how to properly sign/seal the envelope, and the phone number for help doesn’t include an area code

I was able to infer the area code, but how many voters wouldn’t? More importantly: how could the instructions be improved? The employee at the Clerk’s office was very helpful and nice, though.pic.twitter.com/na95LRpqqz
