Why was there no review of the Broward County ballots? Secretary of State didn’t bother to check and see if they met requirements? Is there any oversight at all?

I don’t know the specifics of the Florida process. Based on other states we work with, there is a process for proofing the ballots to make sure that all the contests are on and everything is spelled right.

Many of them do. We know that they are in every state. But there are also legal and technical constraints that make best practice design challenging.

If there’s laws that need to be passed or policy enacted, let me know, I can certainly help there. It seems crowdfunding a printed set for every county in America today could happen in minutes, especially today.

There are about 4000 sets extant in the world (now up to 10 volumes), and we just keep giving them away. We’ve been looking for someone to fund their printing in perpetuity. Let us know if you’re interested in setting that up.
