Extremely shot-in-the-dark question: who has done good work on ballot education? Getting folks to vote all the way down, or, hypothetically, flip a ballot to vote both sides?

A thing that isn’t included in the Field Guide is that the big banner that is usually at the bottom of the ballot that says VOTE BOTH SIDES Is basically invisible. The best navigation is at the bottom of the righthand column on both sides.
