    Article makes the case for pulling speed down—a very good thing, and absolutely necessary, in every built-up environment—but think we should go a lot further in policy measures (cf. cigarettes, viruses etc)

    These insights have been clear before (and doesn’t even take into account that, if a sector, SUVs were second largest contributor overall (after power) to increase in global carbon emissions 2010-18) but new research and numbers may further the case.
