What I'm aiming to do with the scratch removal is make sure that it works well at high resolutions and that there's minimal loss to the surrounding non-scratched image. Microsoft did great work on scratch removal recently but this is one area where it fell short.

I think what separates your tweets from the rest of the field is that you actually care about photography, and focus on corner cases. I'm very much impressed with your progress, keep up the good work :) fyi, still waiting for your iPhone app, that automatically improves my photos
