Yet, the media keeps taking the bait... It's bewildering how they can't ignore the noise (i.e. Trump being stupid/racist) for the signal (i.e. a sitting US president knowingly allowed US military members to be targeted by an enemy state).
Trump's playbook is so transparent. He consistently turns to saying or tweeting things that are stupid and/or racist every time he feels the heat from something else (Russia-Taliban bounty scandal in this case). Aka the treason.
