I'm not saying this is the right way but I'm just pointing out that multitasking really doesn't come naturally to me at least. I do wonder how common that is.

On work/life balance: I've never really been able to sustain splitting my days 10 different ways to "do all the things" that you're supposed to do or want to do.
What does seem to make more sense to me is treating life as a series of phases: Before I did this, now I do that.
