3/ This has relevance to me in both engineering and design decisions, but also big life decisions. One of the most productive things I've done repeatedly is to think of how to look extra carefully at the hand I already have in life and work that into an advantage.

4/ Often the advantages and assets you have don't look like that at first glance. They could be the very things you're trying to run away from or get rid of. So I try to be careful about trying to see accumulated life experiences, situations and relationships in a positive sense.
