Well. All viewpoints ARE valid (just ask someone with a viewpoint) Voluntary adoption of mind-sets and standards of behavior is much more effective than imposing them (which can lead to other evils)

Objective science doesn't change that. ...Even scientists believe different things ( but a flat Earth isn't one of them)
It's how you arrive at the beliefs that counts. I'm not going to endorse this "everything is, like, an opinion man" slant. I think it's a big reason why things are as crazy as they are lately- stupidity is given free reign.
