Is this enhancement available in your github project? It is very impressive!
Some time ago, I have coloring with myherrytage, but I always had better results with your google colab notebooks, because I could do the factor adjustment.
Overall the MyHeritage models are much better, but the ability to cherry pick makes a big difference. That ability was actually built into MyHeritage recently as an advanced setting. I'll be giving them this new model soon to answer that question.
