Want to really make a difference? Starve them of the talent that they're paying so much for! Make the place a repellent for other potential candidates.

Is it though? I mean Twitter is not so different as far as business models go... Don't get me wrong, I think all social media should be decentralized with local community-owned servers (Mastodon, Diaspora, etc.), but FB gets lots of hate despite being not so different.
