I finally got to do a scuba dive this morning in La Jolla Shores (near San Diego, California) after almost two years of neglecting it. These beautiful nudibranchs (Hermissenda opalescens) littered the floor- countless! Never seen anything like it (it's rare to see one).pic.twitter.com/MIAdlyUtYj

Oh that's sweet! La Jolla Shores is super convenient but is actually top notch. Several sub environments to visit that are all very different. This was at the underwater canyon part which is my favorite. Full of octos at night. This was just one night:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hM_77FErA7k …
