Was there an update to the coloring aspect of it? Seems like some of the photos I had colored before are getting better results now.
The enhancement feature itself actually generally helps in making the colorizations better, by making the features in the images more recognizable to the algorithm. So that's a win/win.

Oh yea! That totally makes sense! I’m really loving the DeOldify tool itself...just amazing seeing the old photos come alive with color. It’s really the best thing to come out of this dumpster fire of a year
