I won't name names, but I've seen some impressive mental gymnastics lately in defense remaining an employee at Facebook. If you're one of those people, just consider how much power you have as an individual employee with the unique talents that they need to keep this shit going.

Technically possible, sure. It -could- be done. But the incentives to keep doing it are so extreme (the money is sooooo good!). I think it'd have to be like the magnitude of the migration from Digg to Reddit to truly get them to change their tune on that.
