One problem with deleting FB is that lots of local
#BlackLivesMatter
organizing happens there, at least in rural places :( I had to log in for the first time in years, to check what's happening. (And I still don't see most events, as of course I'm not a member of local groups)1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -

It's not easy. The lock-in is real. That's why I stalled for so long. I mean hell, we already had the Cambridge Analytica revelations along with the Myanmar genocide. I should have done it sooner.

I mean you have to weigh your options, right? Email/phone call/Twitter..... or destroying Democracy for the convenience of a locked in social media platform! That might sound unfair but that's really what it sounds like you're saying.
