I just stumbled upon this Colab by @wightmanr that compares ResNets to EfficientNet. It's super informative and even-handed. Heh, that was a while ago now. One thing to note, I'm pretty sure I ran that before I added a JIT optimized Swish impl to my EfficientNet. It is a worthwhile improvement. Also managed to squeeze more accuracy out of various ResNets since then -- the thesis remains intact for now

Thanks for the update and all the hard work! I keep coming back to the repo. You do a great job with it. I've been really digging the validation results in particular. This is super helpful and some of the results are surprising

When will the MyHeritage version of Deoldify be able to be used to apply videos?

I wouldn't count on that happening anytime soon. That model is optimized for images and getting that to translate to video that doesn't flicker will be significant work. Images are priority currently.
