Jason, do you know of any easily accessible tutorial for video processing for deep learning? Something like a walk-through tutorial in ipynb.

You mean like how to do video processing as a deep learning practitioner? Not that I'm aware of. As a start, my video training steps are in ipynb and I have a readme with details on what went into DeOldify's video training. And I've used the same approach for clarifying video.
