MyHeritage's terms say "The Service is not intended nor licensed for any commercial use". Does this include colorization? What claims do they place on a colorized public domain image? (No current plans to sell anything, but I've thought about it and I'm curious)

I can't honestly answer that. All I can tell you is that the intention for colorization is specifically for personal photos (genealogy) and you're free to use it on other photos as an individual as long as you're not violating copyright.
