No you have not, putting colour that may or may not be historically correct into an image is bad practice. Was the red in the waistcoats really that colour? Also where is the little imprint that MyHeritage say that they always put on these colourised photos?
2/ what more could you ask that would be practical? But furthermore, what's the harm in treating this as a sort of art and separating that concept from historical research? There's no claim to this being accurate and in fact MyHeritage goes to great lengths to explain this.

These images do not carry any disclaimer so anyone seeing them now & in the future may well think they are accurate, historical documents, a little logo is not enough.
