holyshit this is unfairly good, thank you! just tried it with a blurry photo-of-an-old-photo and it looks pretty great with the default settings on colab. asking my family to get the photos professionally scanned so I can try with higher quality inputs

You'll most likely get noticeably better results with higher quality inputs. Good luck!

yeah, the only NP-hard challenge right now is how my mom can sneak those photos to a photo store to get them scanned without my dad noticing so we can surprise him
