Great point. I think this stands in contrast to "easy to unit test" as TDD advocates, because that often doesn't necessarily lead to easy to understand/debug code.
TDD breaks down clarity for the reader. It’s as if you’re writing code for a code coverage tool :-) A good sign for bad design is if you find yourself refactoring while debugging.
