Death by overwork is usually a man thing. It's all or nothing: if you're a woman, you can't possibly care about work after you get married. If you're a man, you can't be thinking about other things than work.
I didn't realize there were such extreme gender norms over there. I hope that changes!

There isn't a whole lot of hope. The big scandal this year was big Medical Universities systematically lowering the grades of female applicants because "it's a waste to train female doctors instead of men, since women will stop working after marriage anyway"
