I feel like what's often missing from those tweets is wether it's about working for yourself or for someone else. Working a lot in the first case is very different than in the second case IMHO
There are a lot of appalling replies like this to @jasonfried ‘s post about mandatory nights/weekends being a a symptom of broken management.
