No question in my mind that it's http://Fast.ai + Pytorch (assuming you mean taking the courses). You'll come out of it with a very solid and broad, confident view of the field that'll make your subsequent efforts I think much more effective. The teaching is that good.

I guess I should learn pytorch someday. I’ve invested a lot into TF1.5, but the world seems to be leaving it behind. I hope it’s reasonably easy to do TPU things with pytorch. I know they have a new binding, but it seemed... weird. I only glanced at it though.

I'm hoping that as TF2 becomes more pervasive there's less of a switching cost between the two.
