LOL I guess you could put it that way actually. Yeah I’m just saying there’s quickly diminishing returns and the real problem with a lot of people I know who are self help junkies is that there’s this sort of shit or get off the pot stage that they get stuck at.

It’s mostly repeated/rehashed/rebranded advice. And what is actually often lacking isn’t knowing better but actually putting the book down and stop falling in love with the concepts and actually do something about it. And recalibrate according to what life actually tells you.
