Basically what I'm aiming for is to correct every annoying thing about DeOldify in the current open source model. And it's finally there. Big motivator: I want *normal* people to be able to use this just like any other "filter". And I want every photo to delight.

Then we need a free iOS DeOldify app to enable colourised photos on iPads just like on PC.

It needs to be from iOS 9 onwards though, so it gives a chance for older systems to use the app.
