2/2 You don't need a PhD, or even to listen to people with PhDs. The important thing is just serious attention and study in looking at what makes the world a better place. Instead of going by fashionable gut feelings, like fear of killer robots.
Does Yoshua have an extensive track record of serious work on the subject of ethics? I see he's been involved in the "Montreal Declaration", but I haven't found any scholarly work on the subject from him.
