I think of mentoring as one of the best uses of my time. I’d much rather have many people know what I know than to hoard that to myself and take on more work unnecessarily! Seems like if you were to look for a multiplying effect, mentoring would be that.

Agreed. Mentoring FRC students and college interns has been amongst the most satisfying work (if you can call it that) I've done.
