It's based on ImageNet, which apparently has a bit of bias built in. The real question is how do I as a person working at home on a desktop computer create a large and diverse enough to adequately address (and verify) this? I'd like to do better but that's the big hurdle.
There might be a supplementary dataset out there that could address this, but I'm not sure what that would b.e But also, this is quite a hard problem if you think about it. Identifying the correct color through photos like this is no easy task, and people are very diverse.
