I suppose you don’t have a lot of people in suits laying down on the floor in you training dataset. Do that make any difference? In the Einstein photo used to demo deoldfy we can see a very stable suit color, but not here. Why?

A number of differences there. First, image quality of the video frames here are much lower than with the Einstein image. Second, the resolution of the video suits is much lower. But third and most importantly is that video simply makes these issues more apparent.
