What about people working full time who don't have time/don't want to develop and post code publicly on github?
This thread really did get huge! Worth a read if you’re hiring or looking to be hired in machine learning. Or even just in software generally. Yeah you bring up something quite important. I do think expectations in software work culture are absurd and amount to trying to “have your cake and eat it too” when it comes to how we spend our time. My best solution to easing this in asking for code in hiring is to allow
