@citnaj — have you run this on B&W video, frame by frame? I assume the colors would “flicker” distractingly...?
I haven't yet, but you're right- if I were to just run this naively frame by frame on video stills to make colorized video, it would flicker due to inconsistencies in rendering.

Thankfully, this problem has been tackled already with deep learning models and it's called temporal smoothing. So as far as I see it, it isn't a huge leap to take what I've done with image coloration and have it working with video without that flickering.

It's something I plan on trying out once I feel image coloration is pretty well engineered. I'm a lot further along on that than I was just a few weeks ago so I think it's looking pretty promising!
