It may turn out i'll just stick with 0.7 if the above plan works. Ease of use/maintenance is what I'm looking for right now. Also, this doesn't necessarily preclude a Pytorch upgrade- I'll try that next with http://Fast.AI 0.7 . #tradeoffs

UPDATE: Now the install is like this: git clone https://github.com/jantic/DeOldify.git … DeOldify cd DeOldify conda env create -f environment.yml source activate deoldify jupyter lab I think that's an improvement..right? I mean..it's still just easy in a Linux geek sense. But..better.
