Civil servants are ashamed of the crimes committed by the HKPF and the dictatorship of the Hong Kong Government. Some of them now take the lead to voice their dissent in the upcoming conference.

In doing so the District Council Election has been severely disturbed as legal gatherings of candidates were smothered by police brutality.

The police chose to aim their guns at the general public, greeting peaceful demonstrations with brutal violence, and thereby suppressing freedom of speech and assembly.

while simultaneously colluding with gangsters and triads to terrorize the public, in complete disregard of the rule of law. The HKPF has succumbed to political pressure, and reduced itself to a mere intimidation tool of the government.

第二十三次民間記者會 數月以來，魔警假借「維護法紀」之名欺壓巿民，勾結鄉黑，視法制為無物。香港警隊樂於淪為政治工具，挾勢弄權，身為公僕卻與民為敵，更以暴力打壓香港言論及集會自由，干預區議會選舉。有化驗團隊亦發現，國產催淚彈的山埃含量超標，魔警恣意毒害市民。

[3/4] 暴力政權借用法庭之手為香港自由和公義蓋棺加釘，反映政權只想靠滅聲解決問題，完全漠視政治困局的原委。 民怨並非空穴來風，民間記者會強烈勸籲林鄭月娥政權正面處理及回應因其施政一塌糊塗而引起的亂局，勿再執意挪用司法程序解決一直迴避的政治問題，企圖把法庭當作獨裁者的維穩機器，

[2/4] 魔警7.21策劃元朗恐襲、8.31血染太子站、10.1意圖槍殺少年，其暴行鐵證如山，政權一直置若妄聞，反倒急忙處理空憑言詞幻想的所謂暴力問題，倒果為因。為求滿足北京主子的止暴制亂要求，港共政府不惜濫用禁制令，以法律作為謀殺香港言論及資訊自由的另一把利器。

[1/4] 民間記者會聲明 在香港人同悼8.31暴政血染太子站兩個月的今天，律政司司長以維護公眾利益及安全為由申請禁制令，禁止網上使用暴力威脅言論。滿手鮮血的政權如今卻口講仁義，民間記者會對此無恥且偽善至極之舉無比鄙視及憤慨，並強烈譴責林鄭月娥極權政府繼續與民為敵，摧毀香港自由社會的基石。
