#EPA releases its rule on power plant emissions today. The new regs would...
▶️cut 617 mil. tons of CO2 from air between 2028 and 2042
▶️make coal plants capture 90% of their emissions.
▶️gas plants can capture 90% of emissions or run mostly on hydrogen.
