That’s actually normal in #SanFrancisco. This is one of the most normal scenes compared to other things I see. Of course, SF is not a normal city.

This is one of my people. He is mentally ill and has a mom that has been trying to get someone to help her get him help for a long time. I personally called to get him mental health help when I found him, no help.
