There's no desire. The connection of the drug problem to the homeless problem to the violence on the streets problem means taking money and jobs away from non profits and community groups who need these problems in order to perpetuate and justify their existence. 1

Well we all know the answer. The status quo, The non profits to city government pipeline is working exactly how it’s expected to work. Who are we, the people that live here, to have any right to question it much less stop it to fix what’s clearly wrong
