Been in SF for 2 hours and it’s heartbreaking. Streets lined with people keeled over, worse than ever. Drugs everywhere. I step into one store where a shoplifter gets caught and beats up a cashier until the police come.
Heading back to the airport.

What do suggest we to do to fix it? Or do you just complain? What’s your goal? Remove the homeless? Remove the rich? Try to force them to coexist? I’m not talking some big-picture nonsense. Give me actual actionable ideas that have produced results (& ID specific goals).

Land Value Tax. Break the cycle of higher productivity yielding higher rent prices yielding higher inequality. Instead have higher productivity yield higher rent which yields higher public revenues to be used to manage growth. It’s working in Singapore. You’re welcome.
