This is normal at heavier weights. I’ve lost 14lbs in 30 days. Do exercise regularly - it helps with your identity change to “a person who cares about their health”. Definitely lift weights. You need a coach and one exercise - deadlifts.

An Apple Watch will keep track of exercises and time and calories burned more or less automatically which will also helps with identity change. Eat less at night - effectively fasting at night. If you keep lifting heavy, you’ll not lose muscle. Best of luck!
