diet now consists of meat, eggs and, green veggies, some oatmeal. No milk! No hot sauces! No honey! No bread! I’m indian. This is hell.

Why am I doing this? 31 no - so health obviously. I have ... poor eating habits. So it’s about resetting my palate and appetite too. Week 1 is low carb , week 2 onward is ketosis. This is a 7 week plan. I’ve lost 400 g since yesterday so “water weight” probably.
