Professors at the UCV earn monthly salaries of $10, I was one of them, it was impossible. I don’t agree with
@ciccmaher in many things regarding Venezuela, but I support him and academic freedom 100% -
UCV salaries aren’t even close to being the worst of Vzla’s problems. No one should be harassed, but GC has endorsed violence against
protestors and helped prop up the Chavistas using his academic bully pulpit. I feel for his family, but have little sympathy for him.
