It’s not a sign of intelligence to reject something before you have the data. The concept of Universal Basic Income is actually a sound *capatalist* idea, not socialist. There are already many countries that are experimenting with this, with very promising results.

@MichaeldTubbs has done wonders for our city! We are emerging from that bankruptcy strong. He has worked to get gangs off the streets, and bring new business to our downtown. This a test program. FACTS MATTER! -
