Dear Christian, is there a way to use this research to improve "passive propulsion" while swimming? Is there some guidance resulting from this article for human swimmer?
If yes, I would really be happy to know a bit more!

Great question. I'm sure the sports sciences literature on human swimming is vast & beyond my expertise.
